Cady Lalanne's story starts in Haiti — not on a basketball court. He grew up understanding what it meant to have drive without access. When his family moved to the United States, he carried that determination into everything, eventually earning a path through basketball to higher education and a professional career across the U.S. and internationally.

​

The further he went, the more he thought about the kids who never get the same shot — in Haiti, in Orlando, in every underserved community where talent exists but opportunity doesn't show up.

​

That's why he founded BTC Foundation. Not as charity. As a direct investment in the next generation — the same kind of investment that changed his own life.
